Here is how you make Crab and Asparagus Strata:

Spray 11x7" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray; spread 2 cups of bread cubes along bottom of dish. Top bread with cheese, then asparagus, crab and remaining bread cubes. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, tarragon, zest, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over the bread mixture. Refrigerate, covered, overnight. Preheat oven to 325F.
