2 med eggs(beaten)
1/8 C corn starch(I use 2 Tablespoons)
1 tsp vanilla


How Do I Make Baked Pineapple?

Here is how you make Baked Pineapple:

Mix the cornstarch well with the sugar and set aside. Beat the eggs and add the vanilla and pineapple. Slowly stir in the sugar mix and place in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and bake at 350 for 1 hr. Serve warm, I have it serve 10 as we use it more like a condiment than an actual side dish.
