Here is how you make Cranberry Banana Oat Bread:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees or 175 Celsius. Grease a 2 1/2 x 8 1/2 inch loaf pan with butter. Whisk the flour, flax, oats, baking powder and salt together in a bowl and set aside. Whisk the eggs in a mixing bowl until smooth. Beat in bananas, yogurt and melted butter. Add the Stevia, cranberries and lemon juice. Fold into the oats/flour mixture and mix until smooth. Pour mixture into the greased loaf pan. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 45-50 minutes.
