Preheat oven to 350˚. Mix butter and sugar until fluffy and smooth. Add banana, vanilla and egg. Blend well. Add remaining ingredients until combined fully. Pour into greased and floured loaf pan (or you can line the pan with parchment paper as I do). Cover loosely with foil which you will remove about 20 minutes in.
