In a mixing bowl, cream together butter an sugar (splenda). Add eggs, one at a time, until well blended. Stir in vanilla and Mashed Bananas. In a separate bowl, combine flour and baking powder. Add to banana mixture, alternating with sour cream. Stir in nuts or chocolate chips(optional-not included in recipe) and pour into a greased and floured 10" bundt pan. Bake in a preheated 350-degree oven for 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes away clean. Cool on a wire rack.
