Here is how you make Apple Zucchini Bread:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. In another bowl, beat eggs. Add to eggs oil, sugars, and vanilla. our over dry ingredients; mix well. Stir in squash, apples and pecans (batter will be stiff). Spoon into greased 8x4x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes until tooth pick comes out clean. Yeilds 3 loaves. Or pour into greaced 13x9x2 pan and bake at 350 degress for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
