Here is how you make Gluten free bread machine bread:

Place warm water (I use straight hot tap water) in a container with the yeast and sugar. Set aside. Place egg, egg white and oil in the bowl of a stand mixer. Mix just until blended. In a seperate bowl mix all dry ingredients together with a whisk. Add dry ingredients to the wet. Add in the yeast mixture. Turn on stand mixer for about 30 seconds. Turn off mixer and scrape down sides of bowl. Turn mixer on high and let mix for 4 minutes. Meanwhile, lightly spray the bread pan with cooking oil. Place mixed bread batter (it will look like a thick cake mix) in the pan. Smooth the top. Place in bread machine. Let rise for about and hour to 1 hr 15 minutes.
