1 1/2 c whole grain flour

1 c milk, 1%
1 tsp salt

3/4 c unpacked brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 c raisins

Here is how you make Cherie's Whole Wheat Oatmeal Raisin Bread:

350 degrees preheated oven.Put the first 3 ingredients in a large bowl. Let sit 10 minutes until the yeast is dissolved and fluffs up. Then mix in the white flour and the oats. Next mix in 1/2 c whole grain flour. Then add the olive oil, milk, salt, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the raisins and mix well. Turn it onto a floured surface and kneed in about 1/2 to 1 cup whole grain flour.Lightly grease bowl with 1 tsp olive oil or cooking oil spray. Put dough into the bowl and cover with plastic wrap or a dish towel. Let dough rise 1 hour. Punch down dough. Divide it in half and place each half in a 5 by 8 bread pan or make 1 large loaf in a larger baking pan. Gently pat a little bit of olive oil on top of loaves. Then sprinkle a little cinnamon on top of the loaves. Let them rise 1/2 hour longer. Then place the pans in the preheated oven to bake. Bake for 35 minutes. If it needs to brown more leave it in the over 5 minutes longer or until sufficiently browned.Cut each loaf into 10 slices of bread after it has cooled.
