Sometimes I use Ham & Shroom with SwissSometimes I use Bacon & Onion with Cheddar.Sometimes I use Sausage & Onion & Shroom with whatever is in the fridge.You can also use slices of bread if you do not have croissants or refrigerated dough on hand! I think I change it every time I make it, but this recipe is the gist of it! This time I used Maple Sausage, 3 pieces cooked bacon, & saut?ed onions with cheddar, mozzarella & provolone cheeses!

1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.2. Brown turkey sausage in a skillet. 3. Press dough in 11X9 in baking dish, covering the bottom of the dish and a little up the sides, firmly pressing together to seal.4. Put the dough in the dish into the oven for 5 minutes until browned. Flatten if bubbles arise.5. Sprinkle chopped sausage & bacon bits over crust. 6. Beat eggbeaters, milk, & spices w/ whisk until well blended. Pour over sausage & bacon, & top w/ cheese. 7.
