Fry sausage in frying pan until brown. Drain meat.2. Blend eggs, milk and ground mustard in bowl for 1 minute until mixture is well-beaten.3. Cut bread slices into cubes (about 9 cubes per slice of bread).4. Add bread, cheese, and sausage to egg mixture and stir until well-mixed.5. Spray bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray. Pour mixture into pan. Cover with plastic wrap and refridgerate, undisturbed, overnight.6. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Farenheit. Bake mixture at 375 degrees Farenheit for 40-50 minutes, or until knife inserted into center of dish comes out clean. Remove from oven and let sit for five minutes.
