3/4 cup egg substitute (I used Better N Eggs)
2 jumbo eggs
2 slices Oscar Mayer chopped ham lunch meat, cut into small pieces
1 small can canned mushroom pieces, drained
1/4 cup diced green peppers
1/3 cup sharp finely shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste


How Do I Make Skillet Breakfast?

Here is how you make Skillet Breakfast:

Spray a pan with cooking spray. Place ham, mushrooms, and green pepper into the pan and cook on medium-high until the ham is lightly browned. Peppers will remain slightly crispy. While this is happening, scramble together the eggs and the egg substitute in a bowl with a little salt and pepper to your liking. Lower heat on the pan. Pour the eggs into the pan and fold until the eggs become firm. Turn heat to very low and sprinkle cheese over top until melted.
