Here is how you make Peanut Butter Protein Granola (#2):

Preheat oven to 300 degrees.In a small bowl, combine flax with 3 T water and let sit.Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine first 4 ingredients. To flax, add vanilla, syrup and applesauce and mix well. Stir flax mixture into puff mixture and stir to coat. Spread in clumps on a lined baking sheet (with silpat or parchment) and bake about 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes.
