Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the applesauce, and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and combine thoroughly. Pour in a bundt pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, and bake for 50 minutes. Remove cake and let cool for 10 minutes, then refrigerate to set. The cake will not rise a lot, even with the baking powder and soda, as it is flourless. Makes 16 servings.
