2 extra large eggs
1 T sour cream
1/4 C milk

How Do I Make Hefty Breakfast Casserole?

Here is how you make Hefty Breakfast Casserole:

Preheat oven to 450?F.Put cut up seasoned fries in bottom of a small greased casserole dish.Bake for 20-25 minutes.Meanwhile, brown sausage in a skillet.Drain sausage on a papertowel and set aside (make sure it's cut up).In a small-medium mixing bowl, lightly beat eggs, sour cream, milk and hot sauce until combined.When fries are done, take out of the oven leaving the door slightly cracked for a minute and turn temperature down to 375?F.Construct your casserole, place the bitesized sausage and bacon ontop of the fries. Then pour the scrambled eggs ontop.Place casserole in oven and bake for 20-25 minutes.Top with shredded cheese and pop back in the oven for another 5 minutes.
