Try to get the entire bottom of the pan covered with bread. Top the bread with the turkey ham, onions, peppers and mushrooms, making sure ingredients are evenly distributed. Top with the cheese.In a separate bowl, combine egg beaters and skim milk and whisk together. Pour over bread and vegetable mixture in baking pan.
