Brown the ground turkey, ground turkey sausage, and onions until the turkey is cooked through and the onions are clear. Add the chopped veggies and continue cooking until veggies are cooked through. Stir in half the cheese & transfer the meat/veggie mixture to a casserole dish (I used a 9" by 13").Beat the eggs and cream & pour over the meat/veggie mixture.Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the meat/veggie mixture.Bake at 375*F for 30 minutes (or until cheese is bubbly and eggs are cooked).Let cool slightly before cutting into 8 pieces.
