Here is how you make Keto Egg White Coconut Flour Cheese Bread Loaf:

Preheat oven to 325. Whip room temperature egg whites, cream of tartar, and optional xanthan gum into stiff peaks (it takes about 5 minutes). Fold in garlic powder, coconut flour, and shredded cheese to the whipped egg whites. Break up any clumps as best as possible but do not deflate the egg whites. Pour mixture into loaf pans lined with parchment paper for easy release. Optional: Sprinkle Everything but the Bagel seasoning on the loaves before baking. Bake at 325 for approx. 45 min, cover, bake another 45 min to 1 hour until firm. Let cool completely before slicing. Bread tastes best toasted and eaten with butter or use as sandwich bread after toasting. Notes: I use a very fine organic coconut flour made by Nutiva. You can also add different shredded cheeses and seasonings to change it up. Xanthan gum is an optional ingredient. Serving Size:?makes one large loaf and a small loaf pan
