.25 cup Heart Smart Bisquick

Here is how you make Ham and Cheese Breakfast Casserole:

Makes 8 pieces in an 13x9 rectangular pan. Preheat oven to 375 Degrees.Drain and Rinse the potatoes spreading them in the bottom of the pan. Sprinkle half of the ham and half of the cheese over the potatoes. Saute the peppers and onions and layer these next. Sprinkle the rest of the Ham. In a separate bowl wisk together the eggs, milk and bisquick...pour over the casserole. Sprinkle the remaining cheese. Bake for 45 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean.
