(You may want to place on a cookie sheet or baking tray- this may spill over slightly, depending on your dish.) Arrange half the bread, slightly overlapping, across the bottom.In a large bowl, combine skim milk, 1 1/2 cup egg substitute, whole milk, 1/2 cup sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Pour half of the mixture over the bread in the pan.In a food processor, combine the remaining egg substitute (1/2 cup), sugar (1/4 cup), vanilla (1 tsp), nutmeg, cinnamon amd cream cheese. Sprinkle top with sugar and cinnamon.Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 8 hours).Uncover and bake at 350 for 55 minutes.
