1/3 cup of Weight Watchers Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese
2 slices Turkey Bacon (I use Americas Choice)
1/4 cup chopped green bell peppers
1/8 cup of chopped onions
1/4 cup broccoli

Salt and Pepper to taste, though not needed. : )

Here is how you make My version of western omlette with cheese! Low Calories:

*Chop up your broccoli, peppers and onions.*I steam the broccoli in the microwave (to keep in nutrients) in a tbls of water for a minute in a half.* Cook turkey bacon as per package and set aside.* Spray a skillet with cooking spray and cook the peppers and onions on a medium heat for about 3 minutes. Put aside.* Put your egg beater in a bowl and add salt and pepper (not needed) and scramble while the skillet is warming up.* Pour your egg beaters onto a hot skillet with cooking spray and once firm flip it over. (This may take a bit of practice, but I always need to make sure both sides are well cooked).* Put all your veggies on one half of the circle and sprinkle about 3/4 of the cheese over veggies.* Fold over and sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top.Serve with your turkey bacon and ENJOY!!
