1. Pre-heat oven to 240C. Coat a baking tray with cooking spray.2. Sift the flour, salt & Splenda into a medium bowl. using fingertips, rub the margarine & grated cheese into the flour.3. Add the milk and water and use a knife to stir the mixture until combined and a soft dough forms.4. Sprinkle the extra flour over a clean board and knead the scone mixture gently.Pat dough out to 2cm thickness. Using a 5cm scone cutter, cut into rounds.Place on the prepared tray. Coat very lightly with cooking spray. Then sprinkle a little extra cheese on top.
