3 tbs sesame oil
1 cup frozen peas and carrots (thawed)
1 small onion, chopped
2 tsp minced garlic
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cup soy sauce ?

How Do I Make Chicken Fried Rice?

Here is how you make Chicken Fried Rice:

Heat 1/4 cup Canola oil in a large skillet. Separate eggs into two bowl and beat 2 eggs per bowl. Cube 2 chicken breasts and dip in egg. Place 1/2 cup flour with seasonings to taste into a bowl with a tight lid. Add chicken from egg mixture and shake to coat. Repeat with another 1/2 cup Flour and second chicken breast. Fry in canola oil until golden and done. Meanwhile, heat 3 TBSP of Sesame Oil in a large skillet or wok. Add onions, minced garlic and veggies. Stir fry until onions and garlic are tender, push to one side of the pan and add the eggs. Scramble the eggs then incorporate with the veggie mixture. Add rice and soy sauce. Stir and Fry until everything is incorporated and rice is heated through.
