Here is how you make Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Pancakes:

Mix all flour, oats, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon on a medium mixing bowl. Add eggs, applesauce and milk. Using a 1/4 cup sized measuring cup, ladle out batter onto heated non-stick griddle or pan. Put a few chocolate chips onto the tops of the pancakes as soon as you ladle them onto the griddle. Turn the pancakes when bubble start to form on the top and sides look slightly cooked.
