Preheat the oven to 3501. Mix flour, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bow.2. Cut in 1/3 C butter. You can use a pastry blender or simply two knives to cut the butter into small pieces. Melt a small chunk of butter (you don't need more than a tablespoon) and brush it onto the flattened dough surface. You can use a pastry brush or just your fingers (watch out though if you use a microwave to melt it , that butter gets hot!).6. Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon over the buttered surface evenly.7. Roll the dough into a long cylinder and fold/pinch the ends.8. Cut the dough roll into 12 pieces and lay in the bottom of a Pam coated 9x13" pan.9. Cook for 15 minutes or until slightly golden.
