Here is how you make Beer Waffles with Cinnamon-Caramel Apples:

To make apples:Sprinkle the sugar onto a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook 4-5 minutes or until sugar melts into syrup. Warm the coconut milk in a small skillet over medium-low heat. Stir the warmed coconut milk into the caramelized sugar, then stir in the apples and cinnamon. Cook 3 minutes, until apples begin to soften and sauce starts to thicken. Stir in the lemon juice. Keep warm.To make waffles:Preheat your waffle iron. Whisk together flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl.
