Center cute Boneless Pork chops, about 4 oz. a piece. (They usually come in a package of four, so that's the amount in the recipe)

1 Yellow onion, raw (I also sometimes saut? the onion and pepper before mixing the ingredients together for a little added 'zest')

1 Pablano Pepper, raw (not necessary but adds a little zing)

1 package of fresh mushrooms, (I usually make stuffed mushrooms for a different meal and use the leftover stems in this dish)

1 Can of Cream of Mushroom condensed soup. (the added garlic is just something my family likes when I make it, Grandma never uses the garlic added type)

Chili Powder, (just to dust on top of the panned pork before cooking)

How Do I Make Cream of Mushroom Porkchops?

Here is how you make Cream of Mushroom Porkchops:

Preheat oven to 350 degreesDice mushroom, onion and pepper, mix together and set in a small/medium mixing bowl. (if you would like to saut? them, now is the time!)Open the can of soup and add it to the diced vegetables. Mix well so that each spoonful has a mixture of all ingredients.Place pork chops into a pan that will fit them (I use a 9x11 but if you have more chops, or fewer, you will obviously need a different size.) Pour soup and vegetable mixture over the pork chops, making sure to turn the meat so that everything is covered nicely.Sprinkle chili powder, pepper, salt, or other seasonings that you prefer over the top for a little extra 'zing' ad color.
