When mixture is smooth, beat in the rest of the milk.Pour into a mixing/measuring cup.Heat pan on medium heat (a wok works great). Add tsp. of butter swirl around bottom of pan. Pour enough batter to cover the bottom of pan. Swirl around the pan while tilting it so you have a THIN even layer. About 30 seconds. Lift edge to see if brown, flip with spatula. Cook other side.
