1. Heat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9x2 baking dish with cooking spray.2. Sprinkle 3 cups of the potatoes in dish. Layer turkey ham, shredded cheese, and peppers over potatoes. Sprinkle the other 3 cups of potatoes over the peppers.3. Beat together the eggs, milk, cottage cheese and pepper with a wisk until well blended. Pour this mixture over potatoes.4.
