Here is how you make Egg Strata:

Spray bottom and sides of a glass 9 x 13 pan. Cook mushroom, zuccini and garlic in 2 Tbsp butter, drain and pat dry.Cook broccoli either in boiling water or steamer, drain and pat dry.In large bowl combine eggs and milk, whip. Add all veggies, cheese, croutons and ham. Pour in casserole. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight (optional).
