Grease 8x8" casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray. Tear up all 4 slices of bread and spread evenly around dish. In a large bowl, mix together the 5 beaten eggs and 1 cup of milk, 1/4 cup colby jack cheese, and any seasonings desired. Cut up all 6 Banquet sausage links and add to mix. Pour mixture evenly over bread in casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 375, or until top has risen and appears slightly golden on the sides.
