6 slices of bacon
1/2 large onion, chopped
3 tablespoons all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 cups milk
6 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained
6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
6 slices Swiss Cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


How Do I Make Bacon and Egg Lasagna?

Here is how you make Bacon and Egg Lasagna:

In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove with a slotted spoon to paper towels. Drain, reserving 1/2 cup drippings. In the drippings, saute onion until tender. Stir in flour, salt and pepper until blended. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 mintues. Remove from heat. Spread 1/4 cup sauce in a greased 8 by 8 inch baking dish. Layer with 2 noodles, a third of the eggs and bacon, 2 slices of cheese and white sauce. Repeat layers twice. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbly. Let stand for 15 minutes before cutting. Makes 9 servings.Number of Servings: 9Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MRSAMYW.
