5 tablespoons Yoshida's terriaki sauce
4 tablespoons soy sauce
1 clove garlic minced


How Do I Make Zuc 'n' Egg Terriaki Scramble?

Here is how you make Zuc 'n' Egg Terriaki Scramble:

Saute Zucchini, onions and garlic until tender. Add yoshida's and soy sauce. Let simmer on low for about 5 minutes. Strain off excess fluids and dump zucchini mixture in a large mixing bowl and set aside. In a medium bowl mix up eggs, salt and pepper to your taste and a touch of Yoshida's.
