A fun, new way to make eggs. I live in Guatemala so we eat a lot of eggs and I got bored of the normal ways of making them. This is a great way to liven up your eggs and can be made in several different ways, everything should already be in your pantry or fridge! (This is the basic recipe, you'll have to add your salt, pepper and spices to taste!)

1 cup milk and 1 cup water mixed

How Do I Make Goopy Goo Eggs?

Here is how you make Goopy Goo Eggs:

Place 5 eggs in cold water and bring to a boil, cover and remove from heat. Allow eggs to sit in hot water for about 10-12minutes. Place eggs in cool water and put aside. Toss butter into a sauce pan and melt, then add flour and stir until forms a ball. Slowly add milk/water stirring constantly until boiling. Remove from heat and add the egg whites (leaving out the yoke). Stir everything together and pour over toasted bread. You can add salt, pepper, spices, onions, bell peppers, ham, becon, cheese, etc. to make it new each time. or maybe pour it over a baked patato or hash browns!
