2 cups egg beaters (equivalent of 8 eggs)
4 cups skim milk


How Do I Make Crazy Eggs?

Here is how you make Crazy Eggs:

Place bread in greased 9 x 13 pan. Place meat (if used) on top of bread. Melt butter & cheese. Pour over bread. Mix egg beaters & milk, then pour over cheese & bread mix. Cover and refrigerate overnight, to allow bread to soak thoroughly. Bake at 325 degrees for 1.5 hrs, covered on a cookie sheet to catch overflow. Uncover towards end of baking to brown top. You can change serving size if you want.
