Make hollandaise sauce, set aside. Sautee spinach in 1 tbls of margarine, set aside. Poach 1 egg while toasting english muffin. When egg is cooked, 5 minutes, half spinach and place 1 half on each half of muffin. Add poached egg to top of one muffin and spoon half of hollandaise sauce on top.
