3 cups eggbeater
4 cups wh wh bread cubes (as dense as possible - I use an unsliced loaf from costco)
2 cups chopped broccoli
2 cup slices onion
1 cup mushrooms
1 tbsp garlic pwdr
1 tbsp italian spices
1 tsp salt
1 cup chopped tomato
8 slices of tomato


In a well sprayed rectangular pyrex pan, layer bread cubes as evenly as possible. Layer broccoli, and then onion, feta and chopped tomatoes. Mix eggbeaters with garlic pwder, italian spices, salt.

Top with thinly sliced tomato rounds. Bake in 350 oven for 60 minutes.
