Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1/2 cup
Milk, nonfat, 3/4 cup
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Cinnamon, ground, 1/4 tsp
Orange Juice, 1/2 cup
Honey, 1 tbsp
Cornstarch, 1 tsp


How Do I Make No Fry French Toast?

Here is how you make No Fry French Toast:

1) Coat large baking sheet with cooking spray. In a pie plate, combine egg, milk, vanilla, and 1/8 tsp cinnamon. Soak bread slices in egg mixture about 1 minute per side (I just coated it put it on the sheet). Place on prepared baking sheet.2) Bake at 450 degrees about 6 minutes or until bread is lightly browned. Turn bread and bake 5-8 minutes more until golden brown.3) FOR ORANGE SYRUP – In a small sauce pan stir together orange peel, juice, honey, remaining cinnamon, and cornstarch. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more.4) Serve warm with orange syrup.
