How Do I Make Linda's Homemade Pancakes?Here is how you make Linda's Homemade Pancakes: 1) In a large bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the milk, oil, vanilla and lemon juice. Whisk again. Add the sugar and salt, and stir to dissolve. 2) In a smaller bowl, mix the flour and baking powder. 3) Add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture. Stir to combine. Add more milk if mixture is too stiff.4) Heat a skillet on low heat. When the skillet is hot, brush the pan with some oil and ladle about 1/3 cup of batter onto the pan. 5) Fry the pancakes on the first side until bubbles start to form and break. Flip the pancake, and fry until the underside becomes a nice golden brown color.
