In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Combine the eggs, applesauced, splenda, oil banana and milk; add to the dry ingredients just untiloistened. Fold in walnuts.Transfer to a greased and floured 9 x 5 loaf pan.Combine topping ingredients; sprinkle over batter. Bat at 350 for 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
