Here is how you make C's Blueberry Muffins:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.In a medium bowl, combine oats & buttermilkstir just until all the oats are covered with the buttermilk and let it stand for 30 minutes.In a seperate bowl combine: flour, baking powder, baking soda, & salt.In the bowl with the oats and buttermilk add in the brown sugar , egg, vanilla extracts and canola oil and mix well-----Take this mixture and combine with the flour mixture ----this mix will be very thick so mix well and than fold in your blueberries.
