Pour wet ingredients into flour mixture and stir to combine. line 12 count muffin pan with paper liners (do use liners they aren't as dense I found and I had a hard time getting them outta the pan) divide batter evenly. sprinkle with remaining sugar. Bake 12-15 minutes or until tops are just set. Remove pan from oven top each muffin wiht 1 tsp fruit spread and 2 blueberries.
