Here is how you make Cranberry-Pecan Whole Grain Muffins:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine dry ingredients and set aside. Roughly chop cranberries, 1/4 Cup sugar and pecans in food processor and set aside. Whisk liquids and remaining 1/4 Cup sugar together, then stir in dry ingredients. Then stir in cranberry mixture. Spray muffin tins with non-stick spray. Fill 12 regular muffin tins 1/2 to 2/3 full.
