Here is how you make Kashi muffins:

pour cereal in large bowl and add milk, let sit 20 minutes. In a separate bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar and spices. Add dry ingredients and rest of ingredients to cereal and milk, stirring until blended. Fill muffin tins lined with paper cups 2/3 full and bake in a preheated oven at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes until muffins are done.
