1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1.5 cups Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
3/4 cup Walnuts (chopped)
1 cup Blackberries
1/2 cup Blueberries

Here is how you make Berry Wheat Muffins:

In a small bowl, mix the mashed banana chunks, egg, Greek yogurt, Splenda brown sugar, Almond milk, cinnamon, extract, and salt.In a large bowl mix the wheat flour and baking powder together. Fold the wet ingredients from the small bowl into the large bowl just until all the flour is mixed in. Dough will be tacky. Fold the walnuts and berries and lightly mix.Spray muffin pan with cooking spray. I use my tbsp cookie scooper to place large scoops of dough in the pan. Try not to break your berries as you scoop.Place in 400 degree oven for 15-20 min.Serving Size:?18 muffins
