1. Preheat oven to 400 F. Grease muffin cups or line with muffin liners. 2. Combine 1 1/4 cups flour, 2 tablespoons cornstarch, 1/4 cup wheat bran, 2 tablespoons flaxseed meal 3/4 cup sugar, salt and baking powder.
