Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare muffin tin with either paper cups or spray with cooking spray. Blend dry ingredients together in a bowl. In a separate bowl; combine egg, oil and milk. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture and stir until just blended. Fold in berries. Batter will be thick. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until top springs back when touched.
