Add the vinegar to the milk, Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and add the milk mixture and eggs. Whisk all ingredients together until smooth. Add extra milk if the batter is too thick to make pancakes.Coat the frypan with a thin layer of butter. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the hot pan and cook on each side till browned and the centre is cooked. You can tell this has happened on the first side when bubbles form and pop open, and they stay open.
