Here is how you make Italian Quiche with Pasta Crust:

1. In a 9 inch pie plate spread the cooked pastas2. Place sliced cheese all over3. Add sauce and spread evenly( I used home made Bolognese sauce 3/4 cup and no added ground beef.)4. Beat eggs, egg whites , half and half cream, salt and pepper pour all over. Keep turning the pie plate so egg mixture cover all the Pastas. Refridgerate over night.
