Here is how you make Peach scones:

All ingredients, especially the butter, need to be cold. Preheat oven to 375. Chop up the peaches (you can peel them id tou like) Mix all dry ingredients (flour, baking powder, sugar and salt and nutmeg) in a large bowl. Then cut up the 6 Tbs of butter into small pieces and cut into the flour mixture with a pastry blender, 2 knives, or your fingers. In another bowl, whisk the eggs, add the yogurt and vanilla, and then pour into the dry ingredients. Mix together quickly, then fold in the peaches. The batter will be sticky and quite wet. Using a 1/2 cup measure or muffin scoop, drop the batter onto a greased baking sheet.
