How Do I Make Apple Pie Couscous?

Here is how you make Apple Pie Couscous:

Add 1 cup of boiling water to 1 cup of couscous. Cover and set aside for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, core and dice 2 small apples. Place in a microwave safe bowl and micorwave for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time, until apples are soft. NOTE: Some apples may require a longer microwave time. Adjust time as necessary. Apples pieces should be soft but not mushy. Careful, bowl will be hot when removing from microwave!Thoroughly mix the sugar and spice into the couscous. Next, gently fold the apples into the mixture and serve!Makes 4 approx. 1 cup servings.OPTIONS: You may use 8 tablespoons of regular brown sugar in place of the Splenda brown sugar.
